The mole at El Molcajete is unlike anything I've tasted in the area. You can tell it's made with real care and tradition. This is now our family's go-to spot for Mexican food.
From the handmade tortillas to the stone-ground salsas, everything here tastes authentic. The atmosphere is warm and the staff treats you like family. Truly special.
We celebrated our anniversary here and were blown away. The cochinita pibil was incredible, and the margaritas were perfectly balanced. A hidden gem in Nampa.
